Asking patients about their hospital stay: Doctor listened
We regularly survey people who recently stayed in our hospitals. Patients can say whether their doctor always, usually, sometimes or never listened carefully to them. Since we are focusing on ways to increase the "always" and "usually" ratings, we're reporting only those top scores here.
